Ingredients: apple cider, sparkling water, lemon, cinnamon.

Champagne cocktails are my favorite kind, especially on a Sunday! Here is a paleo version for all the stricter folks who still want to enjoy some bubbles. As usual, this is simple as it gets.
Fill the glass 1/3 with apple cider (obviously when you buy a jug make sure it has one ingredient only!), fill almost to the top with sparkling water.
Using a zester, zest half a lemon and add a dash of cinnamon. Stir and serve!
