Broccoli slaw chicken salad


Ingredients: Broccoli slaw, chicken breast, cilantro, coconut aminos, lemon ginger, chili.



Another very easy salad with an asian flair.


I get a bag of broccoli slaw (with carrots) when the store has it in the organic section. Its 9 oz (about 250 grams), so perfect for 1 meal for two.


Divide in half between two take anlong boxes. Use 2 cooked chicken tenders (about 4 oz. or 100 grams) for a box and shred the tenders with your hands.

Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro.


For dressing in a separate container mix 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of lemon/lime juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, teaspoon of ground ginger (or juice if you have) and some chili spice.
