Egg salad lettuce wrap
Ingredients: boston lettuce, hard boiled eggs, mayo, hot mustard, olives.

With a fork mash the eggs. I usually make one for me, two for my husband.
Add mayo and hot mustard if you like it.
Make thin circle slices from the kalamata olives. I use about 3 per egg. Add to the eggs.
Take 3 lettuce leaves. I cut the bottom of the stem out because its hard and makes it difficult to create a roll.
Put one third of your egg salad in on the bottom of each leaf and roll to create wrap.
