Chicken shawarma with a side of cabbage salad and Arabic salad.

It's hard to eat properly while traveling. However, if you are in the middle east, or in any big city in the globe and see a Lebanese or Turkish place you can easily have a Paleo meal.


Any middle eastern restaurant will have shwarma and different type of meats on skewers, all you need to add is one of the simple salads they would have on the menu. This simple arabic salad is made with cucumbers and tomatoes (some places would add onion) seasoned with olive oil.

I'm pretty sure that the cabbage had one of the non compliant oils in it, but this is the only thing that was wrong with that meal.

Everything is drizzled with raw tahini.
