Another mediterranean meal idea - grilled fish with a side salad.

Grilled fish was the thing I was most looking forward to eat on this trip. In Israel many restaurants have charcoal grills, and the fish is always fresh - one of the benefits of the seacoast.
This was Trout fillet with crispy grilled skin on a bed of what was leftover from the salad after I cancelled all the ingredients that don't agree with me (grilled tomatoes, artichokes, and yogurt dressing ver a few of them).
Even though not much was left from the original dish, this was THE BEST meal I had during this trip.
